Md. Khalilur Rahman is a career Civil Servant of Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and currently working as Secreatry, Posts and Telecommunications Division. He did his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Agriculture in 1984 and in 1986 from Bangladesh Agricultural University. He is a member of Bangladesh Civil Service 11th batch and served all the important positions in field administration. He was the Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate of Gopalganj District, Divisional Commissioner of Dhaka Division and Director General (Admin) of Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
He also served Ministry of Housing and Public Works as a Deputy Secretary. He also served as Deputy Director in RAJUK (Capital Development Authority). He has been serving the country for the last 26 years in the different capacities of the government service. He participated in many training programs at home and abroad. He visited several countries including USA, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Bhutan, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, England, French, Poland, South Africa, Kenya, Myanmar, Vietnam, Brazil, Indonesia and India. He is a professional trainer and benevolent civil servant. His vision is to serve the people.
