Bangladesh Evaluation Society (BES) is going to arrange a publication ceremony for the book “Digital Transformation and Economic Development in Bangladesh” written by Dr. Monzur Hossain, Research Director, Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) and Vice-president, BES on 15 December 2022 at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro at 03: 00 pm. Honorable Minister for Planning, Mr. M A Mannan, MP will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. Honorable Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister Dr. Mashiur Rahman will grace the occasion as Special Guest and Mr. Abul Kalam Azad former Principal Secretary and Chief Advisor, BES will chair. Mr. Khalilur Rahman, Honourable Secretary, Post, and Telecommunications Division, and Dr. Dewan Humayun Kabir, Project Director, A2i would be among the distinguished discussants. Distinguished participants from academia, evaluation practitioners, policymakers, and personnel from electronic and print media will attend the ceremony. The publication ceremony is one of the most attractive events on the eve of the victory day celebration where the first and most significant international publication on digital transformation in Bangladesh.
