Arifa Mohsina obtained graduate and post graduate degrees in Education from Institute of Educational Research and Department of History, University of Dhaka.

He is currently working as an Assistant Professor Government Teacher’s Training College, Dhaka. She is involved in development of teaching and training in social science. The role also involves management of a team of faculties for social analysts for providing policy advice in education. Also provide operational support to development programs and methodological support to social and gender analysis in specific development and social programs in education.

She extensively taught different courses on professional Studies, Gender Studies, Education and Development, Teaching Social Sciences, History of Bangladesh Independence, Philosophical, Social, Psychological and Foundation Education.

She is experienced in education and development management. Being an academic and development practitioner, he has a development oriented positive mindset, enough practical experience, professional linkage and leadership quality to lead capacity building initiatives. With her overwhelming experience in designing capacity building and training she has also in-depth understanding in contemporary development issues of Bangladesh particularly reforms and policy initiatives in education sector management, governance and development. She has excellent communication skills and wide professional contact/network and capable enough to carry out leadership roles in any education sector development initiatives.

She is the founding member of the Bangladesh evaluation Society.
