Mr. Abul Kalam Azad is a Commissioner, Commission on BiodiverCities by 2030; A Commission set by World Economic Forum: He is Senior Strategic Adviser, a part-time responsibility in UNDP Bangladesh and Special Envoy of Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) Presidency: appointed jointly by the current CVF President Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and President of Global Center on Adaptation and Ban Ki Moon from May 2020. He is a Distinguished Fellow of Global Center on Adaptation (GCA. He is a formal Principal Coordinator (SDGs), and Principal Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office. Mr Azad is a life member and Chief Advisor of Bangladesh Evaluation Society.
